Once your order has been processed and shipped, it typically takes 14-21 business days (Monday to Saturday) for your package to arrive. Please note that transit times may vary depending on location and unforeseen circumstances such as weather or carrier delays.
Shipping fee:
We offer free standard shipping on order over CHF 50 and up to customers in Switzerland and order below CHF 50 the standard shipping cost CHF 20 will be applied.
We use reliable carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. After shipping you will receive a tracking ID to track the shipment.
Shipping confirmation:
Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email. This email contains a tracking number so you can easily track the status of your package.
Undeliverable packages:
In the event that a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred to reship the package.
